口水雞+茄子蒸蝦乾 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps April 29, 2021 每次浸白切雞多數食唔晒,有時會用食剩的蔥油爆炒來食,這次食剩好多,試下自家製少辣版的口水雞,放入芫茜用生抽,蠔油花椒碎,醋,羗蔥和辣椒碎攪拌均勻塗抹在雞上,再淋入滾油;第二味茄子蒸蝦乾,因為我是用蒸爐煮飯,所以看蒸爐顯示時間剩下十分鐘就放入已準備好的材料,到時可以一齊起菜,又開飯啦!
