豆腐皮的兩種煮法 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps May 22, 2022 現在的中超真的多了很多貨品,和以前不能相比 。買了一包豆腐皮內有兩大張在網上搜索,大多都是做麻辣涼拌,因為他本身冇味,要靠其他食材來索味,我就試試加雪菜,肉絲來炒好味喔😋煮之前怕唔好食,只用了一半,還剩一半,打成百頁結,和五花腩一起煮紅燒肉我用IP煲壓了25分鐘之後,倒入鍋中,再放入煮熟的雞蛋一起收汁百頁結索曬味,好鬼正!最重要的是開了封,要盡快食,煮前最好出出水,豆製食品好容易變壞!
