白切雞,醬爆蝦 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps September 29, 2022 今次蒸白切雞,我早一晚用鹽醃製,但分量比平日少一半,有時做人很矛盾,想雞有些鹹香味又想點薑蓉切了半隻,倆人夠食,今次用蒸爐蒸了35分鐘,最好是將雞提早一小時放至室溫才蒸辣豆瓣醬和茄汁永遠都是好朋友,也是家人最愛酸酸辣辣,非常開胃本想用菠菜苗來包韓國壽司,但太懶no feeling,不如滾蝦米,粉絲蛋花湯,有湯又有菜食,仲好啦!
