清淡的一餐 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps October 29, 2021 有個朋友前一排冇精神,做少少嘢就覺得好累好想睡覺💤,家人幫她book 了GP ,檢查結果居然是脂肪肝,她從第二天開始就積極減肥,只有一個多月已減了十多磅。我家人昨晚跟我說不如我們也吃得健康清淡點,我當然沒有問題了,只是怕你吃唔慣。今天晚餐肉碎煮玉子豆腐(沒有汁撈飯)西芹,青瓜,雲耳,紅椒炒肉絲(只落少許肉)如果日日都這麼清淡,我應該都堅持唔到,哈哈!
