有機菜+滑蛋牛肉飯 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps May 18, 2024 我的小菜園這兩天都有收成,沙拉菜可以採摘了,一早起來就拿著✂️剪落少少陳醋已足夠😋晚餐好簡單,昨晚在冰櫃拿了一塊牛肉出來解凍,今日煮滑蛋牛肉飯炒個菜一人一碟唔晒爭!堅持了大半年168飲食時間,很少戒口,盡量少吃糖份,體重沒有下降的跡象,好彩冇重到,算了,順其自然就好!
