焗鰻魚 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps September 26, 2024 前幾天煮了些鰻魚汁,每次朋友都會叫我煮多一樽俾佢,今次她還在外地旅遊,要到10月底才回來,我就煮少些這幾年物價飛漲,急凍鰻魚價格竟然翻了個倍😔,所以很少買只需這四種材料就可以做醬汁,用它來煮牛肉,雞肉丼飯,牛肉金菇卷,三文魚等都好好味,當然比買現成日本燒汁的便宜很多。聽醫生的話,盡量減少碳水,希望下次驗血報告可以靚仔D有片睇!
